Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payment, billing, tax, and invoice data securely. We only receive confirmation that your payment succeeded and which plan you are on.
- Usage data: Basic analytics like which features you use and how often, so we can improve the product.
- Technical data: Browser type, device type, and IP address, collected automatically when you visit.

When you ask Lyrqly to transcribe a song, the audio is sent to an AI service to generate timed lyrics. This processing is done for the sole purpose of creating your video. The audio is processed in real time and is not retained by the AI provider beyond what is needed to return the result.

We share data only with service providers that help us run Lyrqly:
- Paddle.com: Our online reseller and Merchant of Record for subscriptions, billing, tax, and payment processing.
- AI transcription service: Processes audio to generate lyric timing.
- Hosting provider: Hosts the website and database.

5. Data retention
- Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active.
